Graduations
Last week we attended two graduation ceremonies at local elementary schools where we teach. Lorne was asked to present one of the awards given to the students. (Photo) We have been asked to continue next year. We will confirm with the schools and set the schedule in the late summer.
Going the Extra Mile
The Taiwan Visa Office in Canada is requesting additional authentication of some of the supporting documents for the Truong’s visas. This will require having one document sent to the Philippines. Please pray for the offices involved to handle things efficiently in a timely manner. Please pray that we will have a strong Christian testimony as we deal with officials who have different religious values.

Please join us in praying:
- Although the rain was not as heavy as in some other areas of the island, there are farmers near us who experienced crop damage. Those growing peanuts were particularly hard hit. Please pray that we can be an encouragement as we meet those people in the community.
- Please pray for the preparations for the Elementary Summer Camp (July 23-25). A short-term team of 13 people will be coming from Taipei to assist with the camp.
- A joint Missions Conference for the three Alliance churches in our area will be held on July 15. Missionaries sent by Taiwan to the Middle East will be sharing. The missionaries will also participate in other activities at our church. Please pray that God will use this to create a burden for evangelism and for worldwide ministry.
